“IslamWeb” Launches ‘Doha Al-Quran’ for a Comprehensive Quranic Experience
During Ramadan
The Islamic Network “IslamWeb”,
managed by the Department of Da’wah and Religious Guidance at the Ministry of
Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, has launched a new initiative during the blessed
month of Ramadan titled “Doha Al-Quran”. The project is set to become one of
its most prominent and comprehensive seasonal programs, combining the beauty of
recitation, the spirit of worship, and the depth of Quranic knowledge,
addressing a broad audience with diverse interests and levels of understanding.
A Comprehensive
Audio Library of All Quranic Recitations
Doha Al-Quran offers an
extensive audio library encompassing all Quranic recitations, featuring over
fifty complete Khatmah (full recitations) of the Holy Quran, performed by a
distinguished selection of renowned reciters across the Islamic world. This includes
Qatari imams, reciters from Al-Haram Al-Makki and Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi, as well
as other internationally recognized readers of famous Quranic recitations. This
diversity provides followers with a rich listening experience, combining
precise performance with various recitation styles, enhancing the presence of
the Quran in Muslim homes throughout the fasting month.
A Comprehensive
Knowledge Window
Doha Al-Quran is not limited to
audio recitations; it also offers simplified scholarly materials covering
various branches of Quranic sciences, such as Tafsir (exegesis), reasons for
revelation, Tajweed, Mushaf standardization, uncommon words, and abrogation
(Nasikh and Mansukh). In addition, it provides articles and Fatwas in a clear
style suitable for both general readers and specialized researchers. These
materials are presented with an educational vision that balances scientific
accuracy and accessibility, serving as an easy-to-use reference for anyone

Interactive Mushaf
and Specialized Scientific Library
The Doha Al-Quran initiative

recognized recitations and their narrators electronically, providing a rare
