Prepares for Children’s Quran Memorization Competition in Ramadan 2026

The General Organization of the
Cultural Village Katara in Qatar has announced the launch of the 15th edition
of the Children and Youth Quran Memorization Competition during Ramadan 2026,
which will be held at Katara Mosque from February 22 to March 5, immediately
after the Asr prayer.

The organization invited parents
to register their children born in 2012, 2013, and 2014, highlighting that
the competition aims to:

Strengthen religious
values and instill a love for the Quran in children.

·    
Encourage memorization
and reflection in a spiritual atmosphere suitable for Ramadan.

·    
Discover emerging Quranic
talents and provide an educational and nurturing platform.

Registration is open until
February 16, 2026 via the organization’s official website, with all required
conditions and documents to be submitted to complete the registration process.

This competition is one of the
annual Ramadan events organized by Katara, contributing to developing
memorization and proficiency skills and fostering a spirit of fair competition
and discipline among participants.
