The Islamic nation welcomes the holy month of Ramadan with
all the joy and pleasure to gain from it pure worship and piety and raise their
souls and minds and sponsorship for the hearts and prey to purify itself from
the defilements and sins that have been throughout the year and strengthened to
win, making the month the Qur’an as it was in our long history is really the
month of Criterion and victories{ The month of
Ramadan is the month in which the Koran was sent down, a guidance for people,
and clear verses of guidance and the criterion.} {Baqarah 185].

And the IUMS which includes an elite scholars, receives this
holy month, by foresees a new fajr for this great nation its signs began  to despite although there are some adversity and challenges, to call all Muslims
around the world to pray for their brothers examiners wherever they are,
especially in Palestine, Egypt, Syria, Myanmar, Libya, Iraq, Yemen, Bangladesh
and others to make this holy month, the month of empowering them and insist
shown on the darkness and the evil-doers and ask God to change our situation to
the best state to restore our nation’s command center and leadership and
guidance  on people as Allah wanted, so it
is by His willing he is Samae and Mujib.

On this blessed occasion, we the IUMS send our warmest
congratulations and best wishes to the Islamic nation represented by its
leaders and scholars and thinkers and all its peoples, praying to Allah
Almighty to accept us and them the benefit of our works and to bless us in this
holy month much luck of worship and obedience, compassion and forgiveness and
It liberty of the winning the emancipation from the fire.

Pursuant to the Almighty, saying << But remind, the Reminder will benefit the believers.>>
we call on the Islamic nation’s leaders and peoples to lead to everything that
approach to Allah Almighty Zolfa and exalts a nation and bring the meanings of
compassion and cooperation between Muslims and as a matter of particular:

1. Increasing the philanthropy and charity and a lot of good
deeds and good works and compete in helping the poor and needy and kinship
urgent relief to those affected and displaced persons, particularly in
Palestine, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Myanmar and urgency to pray that Allah Almighty fix
the nation’s rulers and ruled alike until liberated the occupied territories,
particularly the blessed Palestine and Quds.

2. Uphold the values ​​of our great religion, in particular,
tolerance, non-violence and respect and the right to difference and keep the
houses of Allah (Masajid) from the fights to maintain their sanctity conflicts
and prestige as a sacred common factor of unity and cooperation values.

3. To achieve repentance and purity of the soul and
reconciliation between the governments and peoples, and between all the
components, to go out in this holy month  and our Islamic nation is powerful unified
united and moving toward the construction and manufacturing of life and
civilization.

On the occasion of holy month of Ramadan, the Union calls on
all its members scattered in the entire Islamic countries to further
integration with the Muslims in general and the investment opportunity of this
holy month to increase the lessons in the Masajid, contribute to the upgrading
of culture legitimate for Muslims in general and to organize convoys and
activities, advocacy and revitalize the Union’s role in their own countries.

We ask Allah Almighty to reconcile to fast this month and
resurrection, and maintenance of the great sanctity of God, and to make it the
month of righteousness and the empowerment of the vulnerable, and the
acceptance of repentance and reconciliation for the disobedient, and jaw to the
families of captives and detainees and prisoners and imprisoned unjustly in all
parts of the earth, and the return of each stalker banished from territory and
homeland and its people, and bless the Islamic nation with more pride and
empowerment of the religion of God in the land, spreading compassion between
people.
