The design is original and simple, With consistent elements clarifying the mission of the organization in spreading moderate Islamic jurisprudence globally, which are as follows:

The minaret represents Islam and Islamic jurisprudence. It is considered a symbol of mosques that are concerned with spreading knowledge and da’wah.

The crescent above the minaret reflects Islamic identity and heritage.

The universality of the Union, It brings together scholars from different Islamic countries and sects.

It symbolizes that the message of Islam and Islamic science is addressed to all Muslims around the world.

It symbolizes Islamic science, knowledge and jurisprudence, It is the focus of the Union’s work in issuing fatwas and providing religious guidance.
