During the meeting, the two discussed a number of issues facing the Muslim community, particularly the recent earthquakes that hit the devastated areas in Turkey and Syria and their material and moral effects.<\/p>\n<p>This was discussed following Al-Qaradaghi&#8217;s visit to these areas last week. Both Al-Qaradaghi and Al-Awadi emphasized the importance of the challenges facing the Muslim community, including issues of atheism, terrorism, suspicions, and social corruption.<\/p>\n<p>They pointed out that these challenges require joint efforts from all Muslims around the world to effectively confront them.
