The
\nspecialized scholarly course organized by the International Union of Muslim
\nScholars continues in Istanbul, Turkey, under the guidance of His Eminence
\nSheikh Dr. Ali Mohieddin Al-Qaradaghi, President of the Union. The course is
\ntitled: “The Qur\u2019anic Deductive Method According to the Jurisprudence of
\nBalance”, and is being held at the Muslim Scholars Waqf Center from Monday
\nto Wednesday, August 4\u20136.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The
\ncourse witnessed a distinguished turnout, with more than 85 scholars and
\nresearchers from 15 different countries around the world in
\nattendance\u2014reflecting the growing interest in issues of jurisprudential and
\nmethodological renewal from a balanced Qur\u2019anic perspective.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Dr.
\nAl-Qaradaghi excelled in laying the foundations of the Qur\u2019anic deductive
\napproach in light of the jurisprudence of balance. With scholarly rigor, he
\narticulated the lofty aims of this methodology and its role in unifying the
\nbroader visions of the Muslim Ummah and advancing its intellectual and
\ncivilizational revival\u2014through conscious engagement with reality while
\nremaining committed to Islamic principles.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The
\ncourse addressed key issues related to disciplined renewal in the fundamentals
\nof jurisprudence and the intellectual challenges facing the Ummah. Sheikh
\nAl-Qaradaghi offered a balanced academic treatment, successfully unpacking
\ncomplex problems and formulating clear, practical conceptualizations for
\nsolutions that are applicable in the arenas of Islamic thought and action.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

His
\nlectures received wide acclaim from participants, owing to their depth, precise
\nmethodology, and relevance\u2014despite the high level of scholarly expertise among
