Khair Al-Wara
\nInstitute celebrated its 10th anniversary on the evening of Thursday, January
\n1, 2026, with a grand Qur\u2019anic ceremony dedicated to honoring the fifth cohort
\nof Qur\u2019an memorizers and the fourth cohort of scholars authorized with a
\ncontinuous chain of narration, totaling 150 huffaz and authorized scholars. The
\nevent was held under the theme: \u201cThey are the People of Allah and the Chosen
\nElite.\u201d<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

This cohort was
\nnamed in honor of the martyr Dr. Muhammad Al-Amin Muhammad Al-Mustafa, in
\nrecognition of his lifelong contributions and dedication.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Scientific Supervision and Broad Attendance<\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The ceremony was
\nheld under the scientific supervision of:<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

\nScholars\u2019 Training Center in Mauritania.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The event witnessed
\nnotable attendance from local scholars, sheikhs, and instructors of the
\ninstitute, along with its administrative and educational staff, representatives
\nfrom the Ministry of Islamic Affairs and Traditional Education, and members of
\ncharitable and Qur\u2019anic organizations.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Qur\u2019anic Messages and Inspiring Speeches<\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The celebration
\nbegan with the recitation of Qur\u2019anic verses, followed by various segments,
\nincluding recitations by the huffaz and authorized scholars, presentations
\nhighlighting the institute\u2019s journey, and official speeches.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

In his address,
\nSheikh Ali Al-Qaradaghi emphasized that memorizing the Qur\u2019an is a great honor
\nwith multiplied rewards, stressing that true recognition for the memorizers
\nlies in practicing the Qur\u2019an, inviting others to it, and defending its causes.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

He urged the
\ngraduates to take an active role in education, guidance, and empowering the
\nreligion, noting that huffaz are entrusted with a noble mission and a religious
\nresponsibility to save the nation from ignorance and backwardness, and to
\nfulfill the duty of stewardship on Earth.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

He also highlighted
\nthat the Sharia grants Qur\u2019an carriers a pivotal role that must not be
\nneglected, affirming that the revival of the Ummah is only possible through
\nsincere return to the Qur\u2019an and defending its principles.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

A Decade of Dedication<\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Sheikh Moussa Amar,
\nDirector of the institute, noted that this celebration holds special
\nsignificance as it coincides with the 10-year milestone of Khair Al-Wara
\nInstitute, which has, since its inception, focused on teaching the Qur\u2019an and
\nits sciences, and cultivating moral character through its teachings.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

He explained that
\nover the past decade, the institute has graduated nearly 800 huffaz and
\nauthorized scholars, organized dozens of educational and scientific activities,
\nand provided a safe educational haven for hundreds of students of all ages,
\nprotecting them from trials and doubts.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

He pointed out that
\nthe institute has, to date, graduated five cohorts of huffaz and four cohorts
\nof authorized scholars, in addition to specialized study circles, including the
\nShatibiyyah circle in the seven canonical Qur\u2019anic readings. The current cohort
\ncomprises 80 memorizers and 61 authorized scholars with a continuous chain of
\nnarration in the Warsh and Qalun recitations according to Imam Nafi\u2019.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Honoring and Crowning the Graduates<\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The ceremony
\nconcluded with the honoring of several instructors and administrative staff of
\nthe institute, alongside the graduating huffaz and authorized scholars, in a
\nspiritual atmosphere reflecting the status of the Qur\u2019an and its carriers, and
\nreinforcing the institute\u2019s mission in serving the Qur\u2019an and disseminating its
