The International Union of Muslim
\nScholars rejects displacing Gazans, condemns it, and demands the expulsion of
\nZionist occupiers, warning against foreign agendas<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The International Union of Muslim
\nScholars firmly rejects any effort to displace the people of Gaza, as it
\ncontradicts all divine laws, international and humanitarian laws, and moral
\nprinciples<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

It condemns any attempt to impose any
\nproject on the Palestinians that does not stem from their own will<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The Union calls upon the Islamic nation and the free
\nworld to absolutely reject this plan and, moreover, demands the expulsion of
\nthe Zionist occupiers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The Union is following with concern and sorrow the
\ndevelopments in the world’s most powerful country, where its president, Trump,
\nis proposing a plan to displace the people of Gaza to Egypt, Jordan, and other
\ncountries. He is also attempting to impose plans that contradict the will of
\nthe Palestinian people<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

In light with these dangerous plans, the International
\nUnion of Muslim Scholars affirms the following<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>:
\n<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> 1- <\/span>Absolute rejection of any attempt to displace the
\npeople of Gaza or the West Bank, as it violates all divine principles,
\ninternational conventions, and universally recognized moral values. Such
\nactions would not only violate rights but would reward the Zionist occupier for
\nits killings, destruction, racism, and brutality, which have surpassed all
\nimaginable limits. The occupier should be the one expelled and held accountable
\nfor its occupation and crimes against humanity<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>2- <\/span>Complete
\ncondemnation of any political or social project imposed on the Palestinians.
\nThe legitimate and legal right lies solely with the Palestinians to choose
\ntheir leaders and determine their governance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>3- <\/span>Emphasis
\non the necessity of expelling the Zionist occupiers from all occupied
\nPalestinian territories, foremost Gaza, the noble city of Al-Quds, and the West
\nBank. This is what is required by divine law, international law, and
\nhumanitarian principles<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>. <\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4- <\/span>The Union calls upon
\nthe Islamic nation to reject any plan aimed at displacing the Palestinians and
\nto work towards expelling the occupiers from Gaza and other occupied
\nterritories<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>5- <\/span>The
\nUnion affirms that agreeing to the displacement plan is prohibited by the
\nconsensus of scholars and constitutes a betrayal of Allah, His Messenger (peace
\nbe upon him), and future generations. Allah will hold them accountable for this<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

\nprevails in His purpose, though most people do not realize it<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>“.
