Besieged Gaza: A

Besieged Gaza is enduring a
\ndocumented genocide, characterized by systematic crimes whose primary tools are
\nlethal starvation, suffocating blockade, widespread destruction, and the
\ndeprivation of its people from clean water, food, medicine, and shelter.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This is not a war, but a
\ndeliberate policy of killing \u2014 where hunger is turned into a weapon, thirst
\ninto a slow death, and aid into empty, undelivered promises.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Children are dying simply
\nbecause they were born in Gaza, not because they carried weapons. Mothers are
\nburied in silence \u2014 not out of weakness, but because screaming cannot fill
\nstomachs or save lives.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

All of this is unfolding
\nbefore the eyes of a world that has abandoned justice and normalized crime
\nthrough its silence and inaction.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Allah the Almighty says:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

In light of this catastrophe,
\nthe International Union of Muslim Scholars addresses the following messages:<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

First: To our
\npeople in Gaza<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

We address you with pride and
\nadmiration \u2014 O people of steadfastness and resilience, protectors of Al-Aqsa
\nand shield of the Ummah. Be patient, persevere, and remain steadfast. You are
\non the path of truth, and Allah is with you and will never waste your deeds.
\nYour pure blood will remain a curse upon the occupation and a fire that awakens
\nthe conscience of the heedless and the negligent.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Second: To the
\nleaders of the Islamic world<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Whoever supports the enemy
\nwith weapons, money, or media is complicit in its crimes and stands as a
\ncriminal before religion and history. And whoever remains silent while capable
\nhas betrayed Allah and His Messenger \ufdfa<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>,
\nand let down the Ummah and future generations. There is no excuse for those who
\nknow yet remain silent, and no salvation for those who witnessed the massacre
\nand heard the cries of the hungry, then turned their backs.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

History will not forgive, and
\nthe blood of Gaza will remain a witness to the betrayal of the betrayers. The
\npunishment of Allah is inevitable.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Third: To the
\nfree people and leaders of the world<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

What is happening in Gaza is
\nnot a local issue, but a test of the world’s humanity.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The time has come for action
\nthat goes beyond sympathy \u2014 toward the immediate cessation of aggression.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Enough is enough! Isn\u2019t it
\ntime for the conscience of the world to awaken?<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We call for relief, support,
\nand political and media pressure to break the siege and expose the shameful
\ninternational silence.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Fourth: To scholars,
\npreachers, speakers, and media figures<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Your silence during a time of
\nmassacres is betrayal, and your delayed stance is a breach of trust.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

A sincere word from a pulpit,
\na courageous stand in the media, or an honest post on social platforms can
\nawaken a conscience and break the wall of siege.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Do not forsake Gaza. Proclaim
\nthe truth. You are accountable before Allah \u2014 and before the Ummah and history.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Fifth: To human rights
\norganizations and international courts<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We call for urgent action to
\nprosecute the occupation for its crimes against humanity \u2014 especially the
\ndeliberate starvation, one of the most heinous crimes prohibited by divine laws
\nand violated by false human principles.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We hold the United Nations
\nresponsible for its failure to protect civilians and call upon it to fulfill
\nits moral and humanitarian responsibilities.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In Conclusion<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The Zionist occupation is
\ncommitting genocide through starvation, siege, and total destruction \u2014 and the
\nworld becomes complicit in this crime if it does not act immediately to stop
\nit.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

We call on international
\ninstitutions and all living consciences to act urgently to save the remaining
\nlives and dignity in Gaza. This is the duty of Muslims before anyone else.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
