The 10th
\nedition of the Istanbul International Arab Book Fair kicked off in Istanbul
\nunder the slogan \u201cArabic Endures\u201d, featuring over 300 publishing houses from 20
\ncountries and showcasing 150,000 book titles, reaffirming the city\u2019s status as
\na global cultural bridge connecting continents and peoples.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The
\nfair, running until August 17 at the Eurasia Hall of the Yeni Kap\u0131 Exhibition
\nCenter, attracts a wide audience of Arab residents and visitors, alongside
\nTurks proficient in the Arabic language, as well as researchers and
\nintellectuals from Europe and Asia.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The
\nevent enjoys official support from Arab ministries of culture, including
\nAlgeria and Morocco, as well as major publishing houses, providing
\nopportunities for signing cooperation protocols and strategic partnerships
\nbetween Arab and Turkish publishers, and reinforcing Istanbul\u2019s role as a key
\nplayer in the Arab book industry.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The
\naccompanying cultural program features more than 100 events, including
\nlectures, seminars, and literary and poetry evenings, with participation from
\nprominent scholars, writers, and poets from across the Arab world. This
\ntransforms the fair into a cultural and intellectual beacon that goes beyond
\nmere buying and selling of books, proving that the Arabic language continues to
\nunite the world under the banner of thought and knowledge.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
