The
\ngrand demonstration organized by dozens of institutions in Malaysia\u2019s capital,
\nKuala Lumpur, under the slogan \u201cMalaysia Rises for Palestine,\u201d featured a video
\nmessage from His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Ali Mohieddine Al-Qaradaghi, President of
\nthe International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS), addressing the catastrophic
\nsituation in Gaza under the actions of the Zionist occupation.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A Genocidal War and Deadly Siege<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

In his
\nvideo message, Al-Qaradaghi affirmed that Gaza is enduring a full-scale
\ngenocidal war, accompanied by a siege that doubles the suffering and prevents
\nthe delivery of food, medicine, and water, exacerbating the hardship of
\nchildren, women, and the elderly.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

He said:
\n\u201cThey are dying from hunger and thirst, from the lack of medicine and
\nhumanitarian aid, while the Zionist occupation continues systematic killing and
\ndestruction,\u201d stressing that the desired peace is entirely absent.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Gaza\u2019s
\nResilience Reveals the Ummah\u2019s Inaction<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

He added
\nthat the steadfastness of the people of Gaza and Al-Quds (Jerusalem), the
\nvaliant resistance, and the blessed operation \u201cAl-Aqsa Flood\u201d have prevented
\nthe occupation\u2019s plan to demolish Al-Aqsa Mosque and build the alleged Temple.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

He
\nemphasized that the city\u2019s tragedy exposes the Islamic Ummah\u2019s negligence,
\nparticularly Egypt and Jordan, in fulfilling their duties toward the besieged
\nGaza Strip, asserting that everyone is accountable before God for every life
\nlost due to hunger, thirst, or abandonment.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Global Solidarity and a Call to End the Aggression<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Al-Qaradaghi
\npraised the positions of free peoples, especially the Malaysian people, for
\ntheir ongoing solidarity, affirming that such support is the least that can be
\ndone for Gaza and Palestine.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Accompanying
\nthe video message at the demonstration were calls to lift the siege on Gaza
\nimmediately, implement International Criminal Court decisions regarding
\ngenocide crimes, boycott companies collaborating with the Zionist occupation,
\nand hold the United States responsible for the continuation of the aggression.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Since
\nOctober 7, 2023, the Zionist occupation has continued its brutal genocidal war,
\nresulting in the martyrdom of 61,776 Palestinians and injuries to 154,906
\nothers, the majority being children and women, in addition to more than 9,000
\nmissing persons, hundreds of thousands of displaced, and a devastating famine
\nthat claimed 239 lives, including 106 children, in a crime considered among the
\nmost heinous chapters of modern history.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
