Al-Sayed Qutb Mosque in the
\nAl-Nuseirat refugee camp, in central Gaza, witnessed a majestic Quranic event
\nin which 105 female memorizers participated, reciting the entire Quran in a
\nsingle session. This spiritual scene marked a powerful return after a long
\nhiatus imposed by the war and fears of ongoing Israeli airstrikes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The organizers and participants
\nexpressed feelings of joy and determination to continue the Quranic journey,
\nemphasizing that this event reflects the deeply rooted spirit of resilience in
\nGaza<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

One of the supervisors described the
\natmosphere as \u201cmore than wonderful,\u201d noting that the activity resumed after \u201ca
\npause of more than two years due to the Israeli occupation depriving us of this
\nmagnificent atmosphere<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.\u201d<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A Quranic
\nCelebration Despite the Wounds<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Umm Ahmed Abu Al-Rous, the mother of
\na martyr, described the event as \u201ca Quranic celebration despite the wounds and
\nthe bitterness of loss,\u201d adding, \u201cWe wanted to recite several parts of the
\nQuran and dedicate this joy to the souls of the martyrs and to everyone who
\nextended a helping hand to the people of Gaza.\u201d She affirmed that Gaza \u201cwill
\nnot be defeated as long as the Quran is present<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.\u201d<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In a scene reflecting strong faith,
\nan elderly woman born in 1948 spoke about continuing her Quran memorization for
\ndecades, saying she has \u201cbeen stationed in this mosque for 30 years in the
\ncompany of the Quran.\u201d She proudly noted that all her grandchildren have
\nmemorized the Quran in the same mosque<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Another woman, 76 years old, also
\nparticipated despite her age, saying she \u201clives with God\u201d through the Quran.
\nShe explained that she is the mother of three martyrs from the wars Israel
\nwaged on Gaza in 2008, 2014, and 2023, in addition to martyrs among her
\ngrandchildren<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Among the participants, young Malak
\nZuhair Bassam recited three parts in her first participation in this event,
\nexpressing her hope to one day recite the entire Quran in a single session,
