Islamic preacher and member of
\nthe International Union of Muslim Scholars, Dr. Omar Abdul Kafi, presented an
\nin-depth educational vision regarding the reality of youth and the challenges
\nof the modern era, stressing that widespread negative perceptions of young
\npeople neither reflect their true nature nor do justice to their capabilities.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

In light of the changes brought
\nabout by social media and the internet, he called for engaging with youth
\nthrough a spirit of inclusion and intellectual partnership, rather than through
\nrigid directives or constant criticism that may lead to alienation.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Youth as the
\nEnergy of the Future<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Dr. Abdul Kafi noted that many
\nyoung people possess extensive knowledge and advanced intellectual abilities,
\nalong with a deep cognitive and spiritual conviction in Islam. Therefore,
\ndiminishing their value or treating them with a mindset that dismisses their
\nintellectual capacities does not yield positive results and may instead produce
\ncounterproductive effects.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

What is needed, he explained, is
\nto build friendships with them, benefit from their abilities, and regard them
\nas partners in shaping the future. They possess the cognitive and analytical
\ntools that enable them to contribute effectively to their societies.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Dialogue Instead
\nof Domination<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

He stressed that excessive
\ndirect advice can become a psychological burden and that continuous criticism
\noften generates feelings of rejection. Young people require dialogue based on
\nmutual respect rather than instructions imposed without discussion.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

He also urged parents and
\neducators to elevate the intellectual quality of discussions, given that
\ntoday\u2019s youth possess extensive knowledge and advanced analytical
\nskills\u2014necessitating intellectual partnership to help them channel their
\nenergies in the right direction.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Religion as
\nConduct and the Fruits of Worship<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

In another aspect, he pointed
\nout that Islam is not merely a set of rituals but a comprehensive way of life.
\nAlthough acts of worship are of great significance, their true impact is
\nreflected in behavior\u2014honesty, justice, and compassion. Faith is not measured
\nby the abundance of rituals but by their influence on interpersonal conduct and
\nthe transformation of religious values into daily practices that embody the
\nspirit of Islam.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Love of the
\nProphet Through Imitation<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Dr. Abdul Kafi posed a
\nreflective question: If the Prophet Muhammad \ufdfa<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nwere to visit us, would he find in our behavior what pleases him? Loving the
\nProphet is not merely a verbal claim but a practical commitment to his ethics
\nand guidance. The path to this is through emulating his life, cherishing the
\nQur\u2019an, and frequently recalling his virtues. Just as a person naturally speaks
\nof those they love, and a parent takes pride in their child\u2019s achievements, a
\nbeliever expresses love for the Prophet through adherence to his moral example.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Inclusion Builds
\nthe Future<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

He concluded by affirming that
\nthe development of youth is achieved through inclusion rather than exclusion,
\nguidance rather than reproach, and dialogue rather than accusation. Societies
\nthat embrace their younger generations and invest in their potential are those
\ncapable of building a more stable and progressive future. Youth are not a
\nburden but a civilizational opportunity that must be harnessed for collective
\nadvancement.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
