As part of its
\nannual preparations to welcome the holy month of Ramadan, the Iraqi Fiqh
\nAcademy announced the launch of its major Ramadan campaign, \u201cChange Yourself\u201d,
\nnow entering its eleventh season under the theme \u201cIdentity and Commitment\u201d,
\ncoinciding with Ramadan 1447 AH. The campaign underscores the continuity of the
\nAcademy\u2019s religious and social outreach project, highlighting its ongoing
\ndevelopment in terms of vision, content, and societal impact.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The selection of an
\nannual Ramadan theme has become a longstanding tradition for the Academy since
\nthe inception of its first campaign. Each year, the theme is carefully chosen
\nto reflect societal needs and respond to contemporary religious, ethical, and
\nintellectual challenges, while maintaining the overarching slogan \u201cChange
\nYourself\u201d as a call for personal reform and community building.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Over the past years,
\nthe Academy\u2019s Ramadan themes have varied in focus, ranging from spiritual
\ndimensions, as in \u201cSo They May Increase in Faith\u201d, to worship-oriented
\nobjectives, as in \u201cOnly to Worship\u201d, and extending to social and ethical
\nthemes, such as \u201cYour Home Is a Trust\u201d and \u201cMerciful Among Themselves\u201d. The
\ntenth season carried the slogan \u201cAct Quickly and Reap Rewards\u201d, urging swift
\naction to seize the opportunities of worship.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

This season\u2019s theme,
\n\u201cIdentity and Commitment\u201d, carries deep significance related to the current
\nrealities and challenges of Iraqi society. Through this theme, the Academy
\nseeks to reaffirm the authentic Islamic identity and link it to practical
\ncommitment in behavior, ethics, and social conduct\u2014moving beyond theoretical
\ndiscourse or abstract proposals\u2014to address pressing societal needs amid rapid
\ncultural transformations and intellectual pressures.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The campaign is
\naccompanied by an extensive field program, led by the \u201cMobile Preaching
\nProject\u201d, which organizes structured scientific and religious delegations that
\ntravel according to carefully devised plans to various Iraqi provinces,
\nensuring maximum outreach to different regions and mosques.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

These delegations
\ncover southern provinces, the middle Euphrates regions, Diyala, northern Iraq,
\nAnbar across its cities, as well as all areas and suburbs of Baghdad,
\nreflecting the Academy\u2019s dedication to delivering a moderate and inclusive
\nreligious message to all segments of society.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

A large number of
\nscholars and preachers participate in the campaign through these mobile
\ndelegations and local activities. Lectures and study sessions are conducted
\naccording to precise schedules tailored to the specific needs of each area,
\nunder the direct supervision of the Academy\u2019s Department of Da\u2019wah, which
\noversees planning, monitoring, and evaluation.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The campaign is not
\nlimited to preaching; it also includes Ramadan competitions and youth evenings
\naimed at encouraging positive engagement, promoting religious knowledge, and
\ninstilling faith-based values in an engaging educational manner, with a particular
\nfocus on youth as a cornerstone of societal reform initiatives.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Through the launch
\nof this new season of the \u201cChange Yourself\u201d campaign, the Iraqi Fiqh Academy
\nreaffirms that institutional, well-planned, and continuous religious work is
\nthe most effective path for achieving positive reform, and that Ramadan will
\nremain an annual occasion for self-reflection, renewing commitments, and
\ndeepening the understanding of identity and commitment in everyday life.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
