The President of
\nLibya\u2019s Presidential Council, Mohamed Younes Al-Menfi, has issued Decision No.
\n(11) of 2025 appointing Dr. Ali Mohammed Al-Salabi as Adviser for National
\nReconciliation, in an official move aimed at reviving the reconciliation file
\namid the country\u2019s ongoing political deadlock and division.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The decision is
\nbased on the Libyan Constitutional Declaration and its amendments, the
\nPolitical Agreement, the outcomes of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum, as
\nwell as the laws and decisions regulating the work of the Presidential Council,
\nin line with the requirements of the current stage.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

According to the
\ndecision, Dr. Al-Salabi will directly oversee the national reconciliation
\nportfolio, with all relevant authorities obliged to implement the decision.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

A

Dr. Ali Al-Salabi is
