Moroccan civil and political organizations have called on authorities to immediately remove Israeli companies from the International Agricultural Fair in Morocco.<\/p>\n
In a joint statement, the organizations emphasized the importance of cleansing national soil of any presence of tools of the usurping Zionist entity. They also condemned the Zionist terrorist attacks targeting Palestinians and their religious sites, especially the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque. Various movements and organizations, including the Unity and Reform Movement in Meknes, the Meknes Collective, the Justice and Development Party in Meknes, the National Union of Workers in Morocco in Meknes, the Student Renewal Organization in Meknes, the Youth of Justice and Development in Meknes, the Association of Justice and Development Lawyers in Meknes, and the Moroccan Professional Space in Meknes, have denounced the Israeli participation in the 15th edition of the International Agricultural Fair in Meknes. The joint statement reiterated the organizations’ steadfast stance in support of the Palestinian cause and expressed deep sorrow and anger at the Zionist entity’s participation in the fair, considering it a deliberate attack and a serious violation of the dignity of Moroccans who view the Palestinian cause as a national issue and their territorial affairs.<\/p>\n
The statement also affirmed the organizations’ determination to continue to resist all forms of normalization, with the help of the living forces and the Moroccan people, and called on all living forces and residents in Meknes to express their anger and participate actively in a protest on Friday, May 5, 2023, in front of the central market in the Hamria district, starting at 6 pm.
