Several European capitals
\nwitnessed massive public demonstrations yesterday, Saturday, calling for an end
\nto the massacres and atrocities committed by the Israeli occupation in the Gaza
\nStrip, the release of Palestinian prisoners held in its jails, and a halt to
\nmilitary supplies to the occupation. The protests coincided with the
\nInternational Day of Solidarity with Palestinian Prisoners.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

In the German capital, Berlin,
\ndemonstrators called for an end to what they described as the ongoing massacre
\nof Gaza residents and demanded the prosecution of those responsible for crimes
\ncommitted against the Palestinian people. Participants also urged the German
\ngovernment to stop sending weapons to the Israeli occupation and to allow the
\nimmediate entry of adequate humanitarian aid for the besieged Gaza population.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

London:
\nFirst March Since the Ceasefire<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

In London, tens of thousands
\ntook part in a large demonstration, the first since the ceasefire in Gaza.
\nProtesters condemned Israel\u2019s failure to adhere to the agreement and its
\ncontinued violations and breaches against Palestinians.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Simultaneous
\nEuropean Marches<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

In Amsterdam, demonstrators held
\nthe Dutch government accountable for failing to implement decisions to halt
\nmilitary cooperation with the Israeli occupation and for continuing to export
\nweapons to it. Participants expressed outrage over the non-implementation of
\nthe Gaza ceasefire, emphasizing the continuation of crimes and massacres in the
\nterritory.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Similar marches took place in
\nStockholm and Helsinki, where protesters renewed calls for the release of
\nPalestinian prisoners and the lifting of the blockade on Gaza.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Supportive
\nActions in the Arab World<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

In the Arab region, dozens of
\nstudents and activists held a protest in the Tunisian capital, Tunis, in
\nsolidarity with Palestinian prisoners and to denounce the violations they face
\nin Israeli occupation prisons. Participants raised banners condemning the
\nabuses and chanted slogans demanding an end to torture and starvation inside
\nthe jails, reaffirming their full solidarity with the prisoners and their
\nlegitimate rights.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

According to the Palestinian
\nPrisoners\u2019 Club, the number of prisoners in Israeli occupation jails has
\nexceeded 9,350, including 56 women and 350 children, in addition to 3,385
\nadministrative detainees, as of the beginning of this year.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

International
\nCalls and Continued Violations<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

These activities came in
\nresponse to the call of the \u201cWorld Rises for Palestine\u201d campaign, launched by
\nthe Global Campaign to Rescue Prisoners, in cooperation with the Red Ribbon
\nCampaign and the Freedom Fleet to Break the Gaza Blockade, to express rejection
\nof injustice and support the Palestinian people\u2019s right to freedom and dignity.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

In this context, the Gaza
\ngovernment media office announced yesterday, Saturday, that the Israeli
\noccupation continues to violate the ceasefire agreement, recording 1,450
\nbreaches that resulted in the martyrdom of 524 Palestinians and injuries to
\n1,360 others.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The office stated that these
\nviolations occurred since the ceasefire came into effect on October 10, 2025,
\nup to Saturday, January 31, 2026\u2014a period of 111 days\u2014and described them as a
\nflagrant violation of international humanitarian law and a deliberate
\nundermining of the truce agreement and its attached humanitarian protocol.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
