white-space:pre-wrap;\">\r\n      \r\nGeneral Assembly\r\n\r\nThe General Assembly shall consist of the founding members whose membership shall be accepted in accordance with the Membership Regulations.\r\n\r\nThe General Assembly is the supreme authority in the Federation, and it has the authority to take all decisions that regulate the work of the Federation, and the Assembly shall have the competence in its ordinary meeting to consider the following matters:  \r\n\r\nAmendment and adoption of the Articles of Association.\r\nApproving policies and strategic plans for the activity of the Federation.\r\nElect the President of the Federation and ratify his deputies proposed by the President-elect.\r\nRatify the general report and the financial report of the Board of Trustees for the expired period.\r\nElection of the members of the Board of Trustees.\r\nDischarge the financial liability of the outgoing Board of Trustees.\r\nOther matters on the agenda.\r\n \r\n\r\nGeneral Assembly Meetings\r\n\r\nThe General Assembly meets in its ordinary meeting once every four years at the invitation of the President of the Union. It may be called to an extraordinary meeting at the invitation of the President or at the request of two-thirds of the members of the Board of Trustees. \r\n\r\nThe General Assembly shall have the competence in its extraordinary meeting to consider the following matters:\r\n\r\nImportant and urgent matters that the Board of Trustees, the Chairman, or members deem fit to be presented.\r\nDecide on the resignation or vacancy of the President of the Union for any reason, with the election of a new President if necessary.\r\nResignations of all or most of the members of the Board of Trustees. \r\nDissolution, merger or merger with other Islamic institutions.\r\n \r\n\r\nThe General Assembly shall meet at the headquarters of the Federation, and the meeting may be held elsewhere by a decision of the Board of Trustees. \r\n\r\nThe meeting is legal if it is attended by more than half of the members who have confirmed attendance.\r\n\r\nIf a quorum is not reached, the meeting shall be adjourned to the next day, and it shall be lawful to convene on the new date with at least one quarter of the members present.  \r\n\r\nThe General Assembly may, if necessary, authorize the Board of Trustees to represent the members of the General Assembly in attendance and determine the appropriate mechanism for this purpose, provided that the mandate is valid for one session. \r\n\r\nThe resolutions of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly shall be taken by an absolute majority of the members present.\r\n\r\nIf the votes are tied, the side of the president will prevail. \r\n\r\n  As for the amendment of the statute, it shall be by two-thirds of the attendees.\r\n  <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<style>\r\n  .rm-box{ line-height:1.5; The President may delegate some of his or her powers, or some of the functions entrusted to him, to any of his Vice-Chairmen<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span> In the event of a vacancy in the office of a Vice-President, the President shall nominate a replacement, which shall be submitted to the Board of Trustees for approval.    <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\"> <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\"><strong>Competencies of the Presidency of the Federation<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">1: Subject to the competencies stipulated in the Statute, the Presidency shall have the authority to supervise and direct the work of the Federation in order to achieve its objectives, except as excluded by a special provision in the<span dir=\"LTR\"> Statute.<\/span>  <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">2: The President may, within the limits of his competence, delegate one or more members of the Presidency or others to carry out certain work or actions<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">3: The Presidency may form specialized technical committees emanating from it and supervising them, which shall be assigned specific tasks and for a specific period, which fall within the competence of the Presidency, provided that they do not conflict with the tasks of the General Secretariat and the committees affiliated thereto<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span>   <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">4: The Presidency shall be responsible for its work, and if it delegates committees, bodies or individuals to exercise some of its functions, it shall bear the responsibility arising therefrom, and in all cases the Presidency may not issue a general or indefinite mandate.<span dir=\"LTR\"><\/span>  <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\"> <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\"><strong>Duties of the Presidency of the Federation<\/strong><strong><span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Presidency of the Federation shall supervise all works and activities in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the Federation and adhere to the priorities approved by the General Assembly of the Federation, especially the following<span dir=\"LTR\">:<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">1: Supervise the development of the Federation&#8217;s governance rules and monitor the implementation of the Federation&#8217;s institutions<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">2: Verify that the General Secretariat follows up on all decisions issued by the General Assembly and the Board of Trustees in the period between meetings of the Board of Trustees to ensure that it does so effectively<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">3: Supervise communication and public relations tasks with local, regional and international countries and institutions<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">4: Signing agreements with local, regional, and international countries and institutions after consultation with the General Secretariat, unless the statute or issued by the General Assembly restricts the powers of the presidency in this regard<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">5: The President or his deputy shall be competent to represent the Union in its relations with other countries and local, regional and international institutions before the judiciary and before all government departments<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">6: Proposing and implementing the external policies of the Federation, in coordination with the General Secretariat, after their approval by the Board of Trustees<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span>  <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">7: The Presidency may consider the reports and studies that the General Secretariat is tasked with preparing and following up<span dir=\"LTR\">.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div id=\"e-n-tab-content-238027292\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"e-n-tab-title-238027292\" data-tab-index=\"2\" style=\"--n-tabs-title-order: 2;\" class=\" elementor-element elementor-element-2115052 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2115052\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-22ee406 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"22ee406\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li dir=\"RTL\">The Federation shall have a General Secretariat headed by the Secretary-General, comprising the Assistant Secretaries and the Treasurer, and a sufficient number of experts and technical and administrative staff.  <\/li><li dir=\"RTL\">The General Secretariat manages the day-to-day work of the affairs of the Federation and undertakes the following tasks: <\/li><\/ul><ol><li dir=\"RTL\">Implementation of the decisions of the General Assembly, the Board of Trustees and the Presidency of the Federation.<\/li><li dir=\"RTL\">Propose work plans and projects to the Board of Trustees.<\/li><li dir=\"RTL\">Follow up the work of the Federation and its branches, and propose what it deems appropriate to the Presidency of the Federation, the Board of Trustees or the General Assembly. <strong>   <\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li dir=\"RTL\">The Secretary-General shall be the spokesperson for the Union, and statements and statements of the Federation shall be issued on behalf of its President and the Secretary-General after consultation between them, or with the General Secretariat, if possible.  <\/li><li dir=\"RTL\">The Secretary-General is responsible for the day-to-day management of the administrative, financial and substantive affairs of the Union and, in particular, undertakes the following competences: <\/li><\/ul><ol><li dir=\"RTL\">Prepare and organize the meetings of the General Assembly in respect of which a decision is issued by the President of the Federation and the meetings of the Board of Trustees, and supervise the formation and work of the specialized committees. <\/li><li dir=\"RTL\">Prepare agendas and documents for each agenda topic, and send them to members at least two weeks before the date of the meeting. <\/li><li dir=\"RTL\">Implementing the decisions of the General Assembly and the Presidency of the Federation with regard to the Board of Trustees.<\/li><li dir=\"RTL\">Receive donations, donations, and bequests, and the Board of Trustees shall prepare a regulation thereof. <\/li><li dir=\"RTL\">Prepare an annual report that includes all programs, projects and activities carried out by the Federation, to be submitted to the Board of Trustees for approval. <\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div id=\"e-n-tab-content-238027293\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"e-n-tab-title-238027293\" data-tab-index=\"3\" style=\"--n-tabs-title-order: 3;\" class=\" elementor-element elementor-element-d2ac9c2 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d2ac9c2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e459fa5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e459fa5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p dir=\"RTL\">The General Assembly shall elect from among its members thirty-one members of the Board of Trustees in addition to fourteen members elected by the Board of Trustees with the authorization of the General Assembly. The President and his Vice-Chairmen shall be members of the Board of Trustees in their respective capacities. <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">Each member of the Federation may run for membership of the Board of Trustees if he meets the following conditions:<\/p><ol dir=\"rtl\"><li>At least two years have passed since the membership of the &#8220;Federation&#8221; before being nominated for membership of the Board of Trustees.  <\/li><li>The applicant must be a payee of his annual financial contributions to the Federation.<\/li><\/ol><p dir=\"RTL\">In the event of the termination of the membership of any of the elected members of the Board of Trustees or the existence of an obstacle that prevents him from commencing his work in the Board, the candidate with the highest number of votes, shall be escalated and then the next in the ranking.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The term of membership of the Board of Trustees is 4 years, renewable<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Board of Trustees shall elect from among its members by &#8220;secret ballot&#8221; a Secretary-General and a Treasurer for a term of 4 years, renewable once, and the Secretary-General shall select assistant secretaries and present them to the Board of Trustees for approval.   <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Board of Trustees shall select one or more well-known Islamic public figures, from inside or outside the Union, whether they are involved in it or not, to be one of the fronts of the Union&#8217;s work on the major issues of the Ummah and the reconciliation of the Ummah whenever the need arises.   <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Board of Trustees may form the committees required by its special duties from its members or from other members of the Federation. Each committee shall carry out the tasks contained in the decision to form it. <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">Competencies of the Board of Trustees:<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Board of Trustees represents the supreme authority of the Federation between two General Assemblies, and its term is four years. <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\"> <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">Duties of the Board of Trustees:<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Board of Trustees has the following main functions, which it performs directly or through the committees or individuals it assigns:<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">1. Internal legislative task: It is to consider the bylaws and internal regulations governing the establishment, amendment, abolition, and proposal of amendment to the Articles of Association to the General Assembly.  <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">2. Audit and Accounting Mission: Monitoring institutions, agencies, departments and executive committees of the Federation, evaluating their performance and holding them accountable for their work. <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">3. Electoral Mission: Forming a committee of legal and experienced professionals to receive nominations, search for candidates, set nomination controls, and supervise the electoral processes of the Federation.  <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\"> <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">Powers of the Board of Trustees.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">The Council shall have the necessary powers to achieve its duties stipulated in the Articles of Association and in particular shall have the following powers:<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">6-1: Adopting the plans and timetable for the implementation of the policies and strategic objectives approved by the General Assembly and approving the Executive Plan of the Federation in light of the determinants of the strategic plan approved by the General Assembly.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">6-2: Approve the financial policies of the Federation, approve the annual budget, and approve the budget.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">6-3: Adoption of the Bylaws of the Federation and the proposed amendments thereto.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">6-4: Convene an extraordinary general assembly at the request of two-thirds of the members of the Council.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">6-5: Monitor the institutions, departments and executive committees of the Federation, hold them accountable for their activities, and ensure the correctness of their work in accordance with the Articles of Association.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\"> <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">Board of Trustees meetings.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">1: The Secretary-General, in consultation with the President of the Federation, shall determine the date and place of the meeting of the Board of Trustees, and the date and place specified shall be communicated at least one month in advance. <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">2: The Secretary-General shall send the agenda of the Council together with documents and documents at least ten days before the date of the meeting.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">3: The quorum of the Council shall be completed in the presence of the absolute majority of its members, provided that the President of the Federation or one of its deputies shall be among those present. <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">4: If any member of the Board of Trustees, other than the Chairman and his Vice-Presidents, is absent three consecutive times from the periodic or extraordinary meetings of the Board without an excuse acceptable to the Board, his or her member shall be terminated, and the candidate with the highest number of votes shall be elevated and the next in the ranking.   <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">5: The management and opening of the sessions of the Council when convened shall be supervised by the President of the Federation or one of its deputies. <\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">6: Voting and voting shall be public unless they relate to persons.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">7: Voting, voting, and election shall be carried out by a member of the Council himself, and there may be no delegation or deputation.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">8: The vote of the President of the Union is weighted in the event of a tie between the votes.<\/p><p dir=\"RTL\">9: The President, after consultation with the Secretary-General, may request the issuance of urgent resolutions by passage, and the resolutions of passage
