Dar al-Fatwa is a scientific section within the scientific affairs axis of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, which is related to the work of the Ijtihad and Fatwa Committee, and is concerned with following up on the affairs of fatwas and contemporary issues, and contributing to the preparation of scientific materials and researches related to the fatwa, in support of the work of the committee and the competent bodies in the Union. <\/p>

The department works to serve the Shari’a statement in general issues, and to link the fatwa to its legal principles and overall objectives, taking into account the jurisprudence of reality and destiny, in a way that promotes the approach of moderation and moderation, and serves the issues of the nation and humanity. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The philosophy of the Fatwa Committee of the Federation is based on the restoration of the fatwa as a statement of the ruling of Sharia in individual and collective disputes, on the basis of linking the ruling to its evidence and purpose, and taking into account the reality and the consequences and the realization of the mandate. The Committee seeks to overcome the contemporary reductionism of the fatwa in partial, literal, partisan and sectarian treatments, by reviving it in five tracks: the holistic (general fatwa), the global (broadening the scope of view), the objective (its focus on the revelation within a comprehensive objective framework of two objectives), the cognitive integrative (openness to law and humanities, social and political sciences), and the institutional (collective ijtihad with practical outcomes). This philosophy is translated through scientific, training and operational frameworks, and its projects include: selected fatwas on the issues raised and the Fatwa Manual, which sets standards and disciplined procedures for fatwas. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
